My Merchant App prompts login failed, what do I do?

Method 1:
1. Check to ensure you have entered the correct Username and Password.
2. Re-enter the correct Username and Password.

Method 2:
1. Restart your Setup Box
2. Re-enter using your Username and Password

Note: After 5 attempts of invalid login/password, Account will be locked. If that happens,
