My Printer is not printing/responding, what could be the issues?

Printer Indicator Lights are Red and Blinking:
• Ensure using the correct Thermal Paper. For a quick test, use your nails to scratch the paper, if using correct Thermal Paper a black line will appear.
• Do check if the receipt paper roll is correctly placed.
• If paper had run out, please replace receipt roll.
• Check if there is a cable loose / disconnected behind the printer / network router / switch
• Restart the printer by powering off and unplug all cables. Plug back all cables and turn the receipt printer back on.
