My Printer is not printing/responding/paper feeding, what could be the issues?
Green LED is ON and Error Red LED is OFF:
• Very likely the Network Interface Card is faulty. Please contact AM for further support
Further verification, you may:
• Connect laptop / PC directly to the printer using an Ethernet cable
• Ensure IP address of the laptop / PC and the printer is in the same network segment
• Attempt to ping or search for the printer in the network.
• Should you fail to detect the printer, very likely that the Network Interface Card is faulty and a replacement is needed.
