My Merchant App keeps showing “Please wait...", what should I do?

1. The Tablet may have connected to the incorrect Wi-Fi network. Thus displaying such message.


2. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity of the Tablet is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
3. If it is not, please switch to the correct Wi-Fi network, and forget the incorrect Wi-Fi network.
4. Restart the Tablet (if necessary) to ensure that it will automatically connect to the correct Wi-Fi.
