Merchant App new orders is not displaying in the "Current Order" page, refreshing page is still not showing orders, but receipts are printed out, Customers are asking about their orders, What should I do ?

The Auto mode might have be enabled in Merchant App. In this mode, all incoming orders will automatically be acknowledged and receipts are printed. You will find the orders in Order History.

Please verify that the mode is set to manual, Tap on the button "Auto", Enter the password to proceed, The Merchant App is now running in manual mode.
