My Merchant App showing “Error in retrieving data. Please check internet connection and try again later”, what should I do?

1. Click the button with 3 dots located at the top right of the Merchant App and click “Refresh”;
2. Ensure that the Tablet is connected to Wi-Fi;
3. If issue persists, ensure that the Setup Box (LWS) power is on.
4. If Setup Box (LWS) power is on, Click the button with 3 dots located at the top right of the Merchant App. Click “Change IP Address” to verify the input is an IP address and not User ID.
